Product Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. You must request a return authorization from our Customer Service department by either calling or sending an email to us: info@equiptool.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.

How To Return Items For Exchange, Credit, or Refund:
At Equiptool, Inc., we want you to feel comfortable buying from us. We simply request your adherence to the following requirements/procedure:
  1. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in its original packaging.
  2. You will be charged the total cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of shipping the item back to Equiptool,Inc. Note: Free shipping items are not exempt from this two-way shipping cost applied to returned items.
  3. Restocking charge will be calculated at 20% of purchased product price for all returned items at the option of Equiptool, Inc.
  4. The return must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
  5. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
  6. Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
  7. Securely pack the product and send it with shipping and insurance charges prepaid to the shipping location determined by Equiptool,Inc.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: Equiptool, Inc. makes every reasonable attempt to maintain sufficient inventory on all catalog products to ensure prompt delivery, however due to high sales volume, some products may be temporarily out of stock. Equiptool, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to process your order in a timely fashion. In no event shall Equiptool, Inc. be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or profits, etc. due to delays in shipping. All product prices are subject to change without notice. Equiptool, Inc. shall not be liable for errors in typography or photography. Illustrations are for identification and convenience only and actual product may vary due to improvements, modifications or changes by the manufacturer or other unforeseen circumstances at the time of printing this catalog. Pricing, policies and information in this catalog supersede all previous catalogs.

Payment Terms: , Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal and company checks over the phone. All orders purchased with a personal or company check or money order will be held until such time as all funds have cleared. All prices are in US dollars. Sorry, no C.O.D.s.

Freight: Equiptool, Inc. will pay basic freight charges within the contiguous 48 states delivered to a commercial facility on all items marked “Free Freight”. Please ask our equipment specialist for information regarding additional charges, services and rates for: Residential delivery, Educational Facilities, Correctional Institutions, Inside delivery, Expedited delivery, Lift Gates, etc.

Please speak with one of our qualified sales representatives to obtain a freight quote for items not marked as “Free Freight”. CUSTOMERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING EQUIPMENT FROM TRUCK. (Note: All changes of shipping address after product is shipped will result in additional charges by Freight Carrier, which shall be paid for by Customer.) Equiptool, Inc. shall not be liable for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of unloading freight from the delivering carrier’s truck. For your protection, all external damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery in order to properly present a valid claim against the freight carrier. Hidden damage must be claimed in writing within 10 days. Customer must inventory lift components within 10 days of delivery in order to properly file a written missing parts claim. Returns: All returns must be authorized, in writing, prior to shipping or returning items to Equiptool, Inc. Please contact our customer service department for instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. All freight charges incurred in this transaction shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of customer. In no event shall Equiptool, Inc. be obligated to accept any return freight without a return authorization number clearly indicated on the shipment.

All charges due to damaged merchandise or missing parts will be deducted from credits owed.

A 20% Restocking Fee will be enforced at the option of the seller.
